History and Change of Status of IALA

	Mrs Marie-Hélène Grillet, who occupied many roles in IALA for 38 years and has in depth knowledge of the Association will give a presentation on the History of IALA.
	Mr Francis Zachariae, Secretary-General of IALA will give a presentation on the process of the Change of Status of IALA from a non-governmental association to an inter-governmental organization.
